This feature is there in our PRO version and not Community edition - Admin can specify to which PIN Code (Delivery location), particular product delivery is available. They can keep the master list of PIN Codes and delivery location, where they can deliver. And, they can then configure for each product, if they require PIN Code verification from the Customer, before placing the order. If it is configured for a product, then the Customer can verify the PIN Code to check delivery availability and then place the order. If this is not configured for a product, then the Customer can place order directly for the product.
