Admin Create new Page inserts 2 rows in DB

Hi,
I am facing the issue when create a new page from Admin > CMS > New Page
and filling all information and hit Save that creating 2 rows in the database.

Please let me know how to fix that!?

we have checked in community v3.0.2 code, its creating a single entry only in the database while creating pages, can you please cross-check it once

Thank you for the response,
And i have cross checked this that is happening only from admin. if i create new page from apidoc or postman that is working properly.

i have attached 2 images from admin and DB table that is just created new page from admin inserting 2 records when newly created a page!

We checked from our end. We just created one page - About Brand. It is working all fine.

You can refer to both Admin -> CMS, where it is created and also the storefront footer.
